To search for products on nanobay.com please proceed with the following steps:

  1. Go to http://www.nanobay.com/
  2. Enter the name of the product you want in the product search bar or browse our highly specific product categories.
  3. Click on a product in the search results to find out more about the product.
  • If the results are unsatisfactory, reduce the number of words in your search (e.g. nanotubes instead of carbon nanotubes).
  • Avoid keywords that are too specific or specialized (e.g. chitosan coated magnesium filled nano cubes).
  • Only search for one product at a time.
  • Don't include a country name in your search (e.g. China). Instead select it in the Search options.
  • Search for products by entering the name of the product that you're looking for in the search box and clicking Search.
  • Narrow your search by selecting related categories and product specifications to find exactly what you need.
  • Click the Product tags next to the results in the top right corner for more refinement options.

You need to be registered to buy products on nanobay.com. If you have an account, please check that you are logged in on nanobay.com.

If you want to manage your orders:

  1. Sign in on nanobay.com with your Nanobay account.
  2. Go with your cursor onto Sell without clicking on it and a drop down menu will appear with My Store Dashboard, click on it to see a list of all your orders.

There is also another option to see all your orders.

  1. Sign in on nanobay.com with your Nanobay account.
  2. Go with your cursor on My Account in the main menu on the right side and a dropdown menu will open with Orders, click on it and you see a list of all your orders.

The order can't be modified after confirmation. If you bought the article and you want to change something, for example the address, you should discuss this with the vendor directly.

If you bought a product from a vendor who offers delivery with a tracking number, the vendor should send you the tracking number of your product.

If you have questions, you can ask the vendor directly on the product page by clicking Ask a question about this product. A form will appear where you can write your Name, your email address and your question. When everything is filled in, you can send the question to the vendor by clicking Send your question. If something went wrong with your order you have to the option of contacting the vendor by clicking contact vendor under your order details.
