To edit your member profile:

  1. Sign in to nanobay.com.
  2. Go with your cursor to My Account on the right side in the main menu and a dropdown menu will appear. Click on Network Profile.
  3. Your network overview will appear in a second menu. If you place your cursor above Profile without clicking, another dropdown menu will appear. Click Edit Profile.
  4. On this page you can see your Basic, and Professional Information as well as all of your contact information. Here you can change or add information to your member profile. Save the changes by clicking Save Changes at the bottom of the form.

To edit your password, please follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to nanobay.com.
  2. Go with your cursor to My Account on the right side in the main menu and a dropdown menu will appear. Click on My Profile.
  3. Now you see a form with your Basic Information, your Username, email address and password will be visible.
  4. Here you can change your password. Save the changes by clicking Update at the bottom of the form.

 

If you forget your password please follow these steps:

  1. Retrieve your password first: Go to nanobay.com and click on the Forgot your password? on the right top side of the page next to the username and password text fields. Enter your email address for the account and click on Submit.
  2. An email with the verification code will be sent to you. Once you have received the verification code, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

If you are afraid that someone is trying to misuse your account, or already has, please do the following:

  • Change your password immediately. If you're not able to sign in, please follow the help sections I forgot my password. What can I do?
