If the item has been sent by the vendor, but you have not received it, the following problems may have occurred:
- The package exceeded the weight or dimensions limitations of the delivering company.
- The delivery address provided was invalid.
- One or more items in the package were restricted for export/import.
- The package was damaged due to transport failure.
In these situations, the package may need to be returned or destroyed (in the case of hazardous or prohibited items). Please contact the delivering company and/or the vendor about their return policies.
